The
high success rate of our youth employment training programs is a
direct result of our detailed curriculum and one to one mentorship.
We provide mentorship for our participants not only during our program
but months and years after they have graduated. Our stats as of
December:
- Employment
Beginnings Program (EBP) has a 70 - 75 percent success rate
with graduates finding and retaining employment in the Hospitality/Tourism
Industry

Sheet Metal Program (SMP) - This new program joins the
Pathfinder organization with a success rate of 80 - 90 percent
of graduates finding sheet metal apprentice positions in the construction
industry

Working Together - Surrey (WT) has a 80 - 85 percent success
rate with participants completing our Pre-employment through Community
Service program and finding and retaingh

Working Together Aboriginal (WTA) has a 80 - 85 percent
success rate - Pre-employment skills through Community Service
