The high success rate of our youth employment training programs is a direct result of our detailed curriculum and one to one mentorship. We provide mentorship for our participants not only during our program but months and years after they have graduated. Our stats as of December

Employment Beginnings Program (EBP) has a 70 - 75 percent success rate with graduates finding and retaining employment in the Hospitality/Tourism Industry

Sheet Metal Program (SMP) - This new program joins the Pathfinder organization with a success rate of 80 - 90 percent of graduates finding sheet metal apprentice positions in the construction industry

Working Together - Surrey (WT) has a 80 - 85 percent success rate with participants completing our Pre-employment through Community Service program and finding and retaingh

Working Together Aboriginal (WTA) has a 80 - 85 percent success rate - Pre-employment skills through Community Service

Working Together - Maple Ridge (WTMR) has a 80 - 90 percent success rate - Pre-employment skills through Community Service

Building for Success Program (B4S) had a 65 - 70 percent success rate - Construction industry (Program currently not offered)
